In this workshop, we will explore our recurring thoughts and develop the skill to illustrate them onto paper.

Vision journaling allows you to express your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations beyond words. We will use various modes of creativity to give our visions color and dimension - colored pencils, paper, gel pens, crayons, magazine cut outs, feathers, fabric, and whatever else you need to give your ideas more depth.

Journaling is scientifically proven to relieve stress. Pair writing with the manifestation power of a vision board, and you’ve got a powerful tool of self expression and healing.
